State of Emergency – Church Cancelled for 2/06/10

Hey Shore Fellowship Church…unfortunately due to the storm and a state of emergency in Egg Harbor Township church is CANCELLED this weekend.  However there are some important things to keep in mind.

• Just because we can’t get to our physical campus, our TV campus is still up and ready to connect the love of Christ to our “TV Campus”
• You can watch our Freshstart TV on NBC 40 tomorrow morning at 9.
• We are also disappointed because there was also a rumor that Pastor Steve was going to  be dancing to modern jazz in a tutu.  I cannot confirm or deny that rumor…and now we will never know.
• We have already experienced 2 snowstorms that have greatly affected 2 weekend services. Many people continue to give their tithes and offerings, but on both of those weekends our giving ended up at less than 50% of a normal weekend. This weekend will also have an impact unless you faithfully give your tithes and offerings.  You can visit our web site for instruction on how to give online at www.shorefellowship.com or stop by the church during this week.
• Even though we have been good stewards of God’s money and maintain a few offerings ahead, another weekend of 50% or less will begin to affect our ability to “Connect the Love of Christ to the Heart of our Community”.
• ONE MORE THING…Next Sunday we begin a brand new exciting series that looks at the life of a man who had every reason in the world to say no to God and live a defeated life.  But he didn’t.  Instead, Joseph overcame obstacle after obstacle to live a life that impacted an entire nation for God.  See a preview of what he overcame by going to our website at www.shorefellowship.com and watch the movie on the opening page.

The momentum of knowing that Something’s About to Happen combined with an exciting new series means there are great days ahead for Shore Fellowship and our community.  Can’t wait to worship with you again. Invite Someone out next week!!
