Anyone Need A “Baalout”
Truth is we all have a little too much Baal in our lives. In the Old Testament Baal was a god that was worshipped by pagens. God was forever trying to get the Isrealittes to get Baal out of their lives.
In 2 Kings 10:28, Jehu destroyed all of the ministers of Baal and as a result rid Israel of Baal worship. But the text goes on to say that Jehu still had other issues that he was unwilling to address. It seems like when we clean up one area of our lives there is still work to be done.
